In supply terms this means the upstream agent is responsible for the inventory of the downstream agent. This type of agreement is also known as managed inventory, continuous replenishment program, or supplier-assisted inventory replenishment.

ISSCO, INC. reached out to Harvesters KC for an opportunity to give back. Eagerly the team at ISSCO collected food items to assemble and bag for Harvesters "Give Lunch" program. Naturally, the service project turned into a competition around ISSCO, so we divided into two teams and tackled the challenge!
