As a fastener distributor, ISSCO INC continues to publish our monthly fill rate to maintain transparency with our customers. In November, our fill rate was 99.7%.
The entire ISSCO, INC. team would like to wish Jeanie Schwagerman a happy work anniversary! jeanie began at ISSCO on November 24, 2010 in the accounts receivable/payable. She is always smiling and brings so much joy to the ISSCO family! Thank you for 14 years, Jeanie! Cheers to another 14 years!
Yesterday, three ISSCO team members started their day off a little differently. Jake, Jeanie, and Jim all headed to Grant Elementary (Kansas City, KS School District) to participate in their Breakfast with Books Program. What a fun way to connect with these sweet little kindergarteners!

Congratulations Jeremy Baldwin on 27 years at ISSCO, Inc! Jeremy started in ISSCO's warehouse on October 3, 1997 and has experienced many roles along the way. He is currently the Director of Purchasing. We thank you for your continued hard work and commitment to service!
ISSCO shipped 3.66 million pieces in August 2024. As a fastener distributor, we like to remain transparent with our customers, while offering the highest level of customer service in the industry.
As a fastener distributor, ISSCO INC continues to publish our monthly fill rate to maintain transparency with our customers. In July, our fill rate was 99.7%.
Reflecting back on the month of May has our team feeling incredibly blessed. ISSCO, INC. and BTM Manufacturing had the opportunity to host a bed build that shattered all goals. Our original goal of 120 beds was surpassed by the generosity of many incredible donors. We raised $50,000 which allowed us to build 160 beds!
In the evening following the May 4th bed build, ISSCO, INC. celebrated our 50th anniversary at Lone Summit Ranch. Surrounded by employees, family, friends, and longtime customers, ISSCO enjoyed an evening of food, fellowship, and recognition to all who allowed us to achieve this milestone.
Congratulations Aaron Kennison on 4 years at ISSCO! Aaron started on May 18, 2020 in the warehouse receiving department. Thank you for your continued hard work and dedication!
