45 years in business.... 16,425 days of servicing our customers with all of their fastener needs. In April 2019, ISSCO, INC. will be celebrating our 45th year in business as a fastener distributor. As four and a half decades flew past in a blink of an eye, one common denominator remains true... we are fully focused on customer service. Period.
January 2019 was off to a productive start with a fill rate of 97.4%. ISSCO, INC. has been monitoring the fill rate and has announced a 6-month average of 97.3%. The goal of ISSCO as a fastener distributor is to maintain a superior level of customer service while maintaining transparency with our fill rates.
ISSCO, Inc. was founded by our current CEO Joe L. Davis Jr. in the basement of his Independence home. Joe was in the fastener distribution business for years, but in 1974 he decided to open his own company. ISSCO was established with one goal in mind: efficiently and successfully servicing our customers. We’ve spent years perfecting the distribution of quality fasteners including bolts, nuts, screws, sockets and much more. Our product lines and inventory levels will continue to reflect our commitment to our customers throughout the Midwest. 40+ years later and we continue to build successful customer relationships with that same goal.
